Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to be 'Guest of Honour' at the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of Maldives' independence on July 26. PM Modi's visit to the country would mark the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between India and Maldives. Notably, this would be his first visit since last year's diplomatic row between the countries.
