Dwarka DCP Ankit Singh confirmed that charges have been filed in the Delhi murder case under appropriate legal sections. Sushmita has been arrested and Rahul’s custody is being pursued. The police are also waiting for the detailed autopsy report from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital to strengthen the case further and ensure justice is served in the case.
