Prashant Kishor, the poll strategist credited for the wins of several politicians, failed to deliver in the Bihar elections as his party Jan Suraaj didn't win a single seat out of 243 Assembly seats. Jan Suraaj fought Bihar polls for first time. Manoj Bharti, the party's Bihar chief, said, "Perhaps we could not make people understand. We will start again."
