The Ministry of Railways shared a video of passengers being overcharged for water bottles inside train. The video showed a passenger raising a complaint on 139 after being charged ₹5 extra. "Complaint of overcharging received on 139, railway took immediate action, fine of Rs 1 lakh imposed on catering company. Overcharged amount returned to passengers," the ministry stated.
