RITES Limited announced a revised project cost for constructing facilities at IIM Raipur. The "EPC mode-III" contract for academic, hostel, dining, and auditorium blocks is now estimated at ₹220.65 crore (cost-plus, ex-GST, incl. PMC fee), up from ₹148.25 crore. This domestic infrastructure project has a 23-month execution timeline.
