Russia launched a fresh attack on Ukraine's capital Kyiv on Saturday, killing one person and injuring 11 others, officials said. The drone and missile strike was the second attack on the Ukrainian capital over four days. The attack also triggered a fire in the lower floors of a high-rise apartment block.
