Shariful, the man accused of attacking actor Saif Ali Khan has approached sessions court for bail. In his plea, he alleged that there was "no evidence or circumstances linking him to the crime". He further alleged, "The investigating agency initially arrested different person based on the CCTV footage and later conveniently arrested the present applicant using the same footage."
