The Supreme Court has recommended a further extension of the deadline for submission of enumeration forms as part of SIR of electoral rolls in the state. The Bench made the recommendation to ECI on Tuesday, 2 December, in the light of the two-phase local body elections, slated for 9 and 11 December. The counting of votes is on 13 December.
