The Supreme Court has imposed a cost of ₹10,00,000/- on the Complainant for misusing the process of criminal law in a case which was of purely civil nature. The Court allowed an appeal of wife of late army personnel and her daughter against the Telangana High Court’s order which dismissed their petition seeking quashing of FIR filed by complainant.
