Sharad Pawar-led NCP's leaders and workers protested in Pune on Thursday, demanding capital punishment for the accused in the recent Pune rape case, as well as better women's safety. The incident occurred on Tuesday when the survivor was waiting for a bus. The accused allegedly raped her inside a parked bus at the city's bus stand.
