A shocking incident occurred in Pune's Viman Nagar, where a youth vandalised a shop after the owner demanded money for a cigarette. A group of five to six people had approached the shop, and one of them attacked the premises with a koyta. Police later identified and arrested all four accused, including three minors, who belong to the same colony.
