The prices of gold and silver saw opposing movements on Tuesday as international market trends remained weak. According to All India Sarafa Association, silver prices continued to rise for the sixth straight session as they skyrocketed ₹4,360 to ₹1.81 lakh/kg. Meanwhile, prices for gold with 99.9% purity dipped by nearly ₹1,700 as they settled at ₹1.31 lakh/10 grams.
