The CBI has told a special court that some "false" records related to the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar hospital were allegedly "created or altered" at the Tala Police Station. The agency also claimed that there was an "unnecessary" delay of two days in seizing the clothes and belongings of prime suspect Sanjay Roy.
