The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has suspended a teacher and principal days after a 6-year-old was slapped at a MCD school in Shahdara. MCD Commissioner Ashwini Kumar approved the suspension, while MCD it has a zero-tolerance policy towards manhandling of students. The class 1st student was physically assaulted on February 17, leading to bleeding in his ear.
