Mercedes F1 CEO Toto Wolff is in advanced talks to sell about 5% of his stake in the team to CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz, the Financial Times reported. According to reports, the potential deal could value Mercedes at a record $6 billion. Wolff, Mercedes-Benz and Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos conglomerate currently each hold a one-third stake in the F1 team.
