US is seeing 70-80% drop in Indian students from Hyderabad this year, due to an ongoing freeze in visa appointment slots and spike in the visa rejection rate, reports said. "By this time, most students are done with their visa interviews and are preparing to fly," it noted. The report also said many students with booked slots haven’t received confirmation.
