A school van driver, identified as Mohd Arif, allegedly digitally raped a four-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. According to the FIR, he allegedly threatened to kill the victim's family if they approached police. The school manager, Sandeep Kumar, and the driver have been named in the FIR filed under relevant sections, and the latter has been arrested, police said.
