Amid rising pollution in Mumbai, a video surfaced online showing a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation road-cleaning vehicle reportedly blowing dust instead of cleaning the road. The clip appeared after the civic body’s Road Cleaning and Dust Control Campaign from November 28 to 30. As video went viral, social media users criticised it as "a system of shame" and "poor planning".
