Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren wrote to Home Minister Amit Shah urging waiver of ₹13,300-crore dues in lieu of deputation of CRPF for conducting anti-Naxal operations in the state. "If forced to pay a huge amount, it will adversely impact development schemes," he said. "I expect cooperation and a positive attitude from the Centre in waiving the dues," CM Soren added.
