Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 10 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the right to shut down a business under Article 19(1)(g) of Constitution subject to reasonable restrictions, limitation of the High Court’s suo-motu revision power, and the railway authority’s power to charge for misdeclaration of goods either before or after delivery.
