The world's two largest economies, US and China, have decided to implement a one-year truce after US President Donald Trump met Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea. US said the trade agreement includes cutting US tariffs on Chinese imports to 47% from 57%. China agreed to pause export controls on rare Earth minerals and resume purchasing American soybeans.
