Bodoland Territorial Council is an autonomous governing body that administers Bodoland Territorial Region in Assam. It was established under 6th Schedule of Indian Constitution to provide political and administrative autonomy to Bodo and other indigenous communities. It is responsible for legislative, executive, administrative, and financial powers in areas such as education, culture, and health.
