Ex-India cricketer Wasim Jaffer believes Yashasvi Jaiswal could benefit from being benched. Jaffer said, "I know Yashasvi wants to play...but team should've space. I think it could be good for him because sometimes when you sit out, it increases a player's hunger." Jaiswal is "struggling to find spot in ODIs", while vice-captain Shubman Gill "is in good form", Jaffer stated.
