Anant Kumar Singh aka Chhote Sarkar, a 'Bahubali' (strongman) in Bihar, was arrested for murdering Jan Suraaj supporter Dularchand Yadav. Singh, who's JD(U)'s state polls candidate, has dozens of cases against him, including for murder, torture, kidnapping and assault. The three-time Mokama MLA held two journalists hostage and assaulted them for questioning him over a woman's rape-murder in 2007.
