Vijay Sakhare is NIA's Additional Director General, and he's leading a 10-member team probing Delhi car blast. He's 1996-batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre. Previously, he served as NIA DG and IG. He has done his M.Tech from IIT Delhi and earned his Master's degree from Harvard University, News18 reported. He has led investigations into several high-profile cases, including murders.
