It highlighted events like 1999 Odisha cyclone, 2013 Uttarakhand floods, Cyclone Amphan in 2020, and record-breaking heatwaves. Floods and landslides from heavy monsoons displaced millions and damaged agriculture; cyclones devastated coastal areas, it added.
