India has expressed concerns about China building world's largest dam on Yarlung Tsangpo river that becomes Brahmaputra in India. The $167-billion dam close to Indian border would give China significant power to regulate or divert the flow of water. Arunachal CM Pema Khandu called it a potential "water bomb", posing an "existential threat" to the state's residents and their livelihoods.
