₹122 crore gold theft reported in France days after ₹900 crore robbery at Louvre museum
A ₹122 crore gold theft has been reported at a precious metals refinery in the French city of Lyon. Six suspects, who used explosives to break into the refinery, have been arrested. This comes days after the theft at the Louvre Museum in Paris, in which jewels worth €88 million (over ₹900 crore) were stolen.
