7.5 lakh litres of water used to douse fire after Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad
Around 7.5 lakh litres of water were used for firefighting and cooling purposes after an Air India plane carrying 242 people crashed in Ahmedabad last week, Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services CFO Amit Dongre said. "The operation took 4 hours and around 650 total manpower were at work," he added. He said over 100 fire vehicles rushed to the spot.
