'Bend It Like Beckham' sequel in works: Director Gurinder Chadha
Director Gurinder Chadha confirmed working on the sequel for the 2002 film 'Bend It Like Beckham'. She said, "It felt like this was a good time for me to go back and investigate the characters....I think that people still don't think that women should play football...There's still stuff to say, and stuff to challenge."
