'Homebound' filmmaker Neeraj Ghaywan spoke about his film in a recent conversation with Martin Scorsese. Ghaywan said, "I was very afraid to make this film because I knew that there was going to be a lot of resistance." He added, "My film isn't anti-establishment; it's pro-humanity...It's a humble plea to inculcate empathy."
