Ahead of QUAD meeting, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is a very busy guy. "Every time I see news, he is in a different part of the world," he added. "I’ve seen him several times in just six months on the job...I was just telling him, he travels so much," he further said.
