'Khwaja Mere Khwaja' wasn't composed for 'Jodhaa Akbar': AR Rahman
Grammy-winning composer AR Rahman recently spoke about one of his most popular compositions, 'Khwaja Mere Khwaja' and how it wasn't made with 'Jodhaa Akbar' in mind. He recalled, "I'd gone to Ajmer. One of the Khadims there said, 'Why don't you do song on Khwaja?'" A year after song's making, filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker requested, "Please give this song to me."
