The central government on Friday said that 'look out notice' and 'hue and cry' notice have been issued to trace Russian woman Victoria Basu, who absconded with her four-year-old child. The Centre informed Supreme Court that the woman, who is involved in a child custody battle with her Indian husband Saikat Basu, has not left the country through legal channels.
