Mamdani names all-women team to help him deliver on poll promises
New York City mayor-elect, Zohran Mamdani announced an all-women transition team to help him deliver on promises of his campaign. The team includes political strategist Elana Leopold, nonprofit leader Grace Bonilla, ex-Federal Trade Commission chair Lina Khan amongst others. Mamdani further said that the White House hasn't reached out to him but he's open to speaking with President Donald Trump.
