Passenger volumes have recovered from dip after plane crash: Air India CEO
Air India CEO Campbell Wilson said the airline has largely recovered in terms of passenger volume after crash of its Boeing 787-8 aircraft in Ahmedabad. "We've operated over 1,00,000 flights since June. We've carried 15 million-odd people, so the volumes have come back," he added. Wilson also said that 95% of the crash victims' families have received their interim compensation.
