Under Operation Lagaam, Uttarakhand Police stopped a UP-registered Scorpio bearing black film, hooters, and stickers boasting political affiliation. The cops scrapped the 'BJP MLA' label from the car along with a 'Block Pramukh' sticker. The incident was reported from Chandi Ghat in Haridwar. When cops questioned the passenger, he said, "Vidhayak uncle hain humare," clarifying he wasn't the MLA.
