WHO provides 3 tons of medical supplies to hospitals in Myanmar
The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Sunday it provided nearly three tons of medical supplies to hospitals in Myanmar's Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay after an earthquake struck the nation. The supplies comprising trauma kits and multipurpose tents have reached a 1000-bed hospital in Nay Pyi Taw, WHO said. Around 1,700 people died after a 7.7-magnitude earthquake hit Myanmar.
