Torrential rains lashed Uttarakhand's Dehradun on Tuesday following a cloudburst, leaving 13 dead and 16 missing. Landslides blocked all major access routes from Mussoorie to Dehradun, including the Jharipani, Chunakhala, and Kimadi roads, leaving nearly 3,000 tourists stranded in Mussoorie. Two other deaths in Uttarakhand were reported from Nainital and Pithoragarh.
