15 Sikh pilgrims from Pak fall sick at Hemkund Sahib, airlifted
As many as 15 Sikh pilgrims from Pakistan were airlifted and brought to Uttarakhand's Govindghat on Monday after they fell sick in Hemkund Sahib. They were a part of a group of 100-plus Sikh devotees from Pakistan on pilgrimage to the Himalayan shrine situated at height of about 16,000 feet. They fell sick due to high altitude and fatigue.
