Researchers found that 150 minutes of exercise per week reduces risk of coronary heart disease in women by 22%, according to a study published in Journal of the American College of Cardiology. They found that risk of coronary heart disease lowers by 17% in men with 150 minutes of exercise per week. The study was done on over 80,000 people.
