Israeli forces bombarded the suburbs of Gaza City overnight from the air and ground, destroying homes. This came as PM Benjamin Netanyahu's security cabinet was set to discuss a plan to seize the city. Local health authorities said Israeli strikes killed at least 18 people on Sunday, including 13 near an aid site and 2 inside a Gaza City home.
