2,300 people died due to heatwave in Europe in 10 days: Study
Around 2,300 people died due to a heatwave across 12 European cities in ten days ending July 2, a study published on Wednesday claimed. The study covered cities including Barcelona, Madrid, London, and Milan. "Climate change has made it significantly hotter than it would've been, which in turn makes it a lot more dangerous," one of the study's researchers stated.
