2 IndiGo flights circle dozens of times at int'l border as Nepal denies landing clearance
Two IndiGo flights, which took off from Mumbai and Delhi, circled dozens of times over India-Nepal border as Kathmandu airport, now shut for operations, denied permission to land. The flight which took off from Delhi was then diverted to Lucknow while the one from Mumbai was diverted to Delhi. The airport suspended operations amid violent protests over social media ban.
