Two parked scooters exploded in Kanpur's Mishri Bazaar area on Wednesday, police said. "A total of 6 people are injured, including one woman. All are undergoing treatment and are out of danger," police said. Adding that the owners of the vehicles have been traced, they said, "Whether this is an accident or a conspiracy will only be known later."
