At least 38 people have been killed and dozens injured after a massive cloudburst caused a flash flood in Jammu and Kashmir's Chashoti village on Thursday, authorities said. The death toll is feared to rise, officials told PTI. The Machail Mata Yatra has been suspended after the flash floods, as Chashoti is the starting point of the annual yatra.
