A 25-year-old software engineer named Yashas allegedly killed his 33-year-old married girlfriend Harini in an OYO hotel room in Bengaluru. The techie allegedly stabbed the woman 17 times. As per police, the woman was trying to distance herself from the accused, which triggered the murder. Harini, a mother of two, had reportedly been facing family pressure over friendship with Yashas.
