The Ropar Police arrested 3 gangsters after a brief exchange of fire in Bhindran Nagar area of district. They had shot a person in Amritsar (Rural) on July 4. The police teams surrounded the building. A person saw the police party and started firing. The police resorted to retaliatory fire and the three accused were arrested after a brief encounter.
