3 of Texas' 'Top 10 Most Wanted' offenders arrested in one week
Three of the 'Top 10 Most Wanted' fugitives and sex offenders in Texas were arrested over the past week, the state's Department of Public Safety has announced. While fugitive Julian Murillo was arrested on November 15 in California, sex offenders Catarino Chavez III and Daniel Munoz were both arrested on November 17 in Dallas and San Antonio, respectively, authorities said.
