38 people killed after gunmen attack passenger vans in Pakistan
At least 38 people were killed and 29 were injured after gunmen opened fire on passenger vehicles in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A woman and a child were among those killed, Chief Secretary for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry, said, adding that the death toll can rise. "Attacking innocent passengers is a cowardly and inhumane act," President Asif Ali Zardari said.
